YAMIL GUZMAN ROSADO

Yamil Guzmán Rosado, originally from Ciudad Ixtepec, Oaxaca, is a visual artist who combines his roots with a modern approach in each of his works. Although he is self-taught, he has supplemented his innate talent with studies in graphic design, which has allowed him to develop a unique style with rich technical sophistication. Through his creations, he seeks to connect with the deepest aspects of the human being, exploring ancient symbols and forms that speak to the collective consciousness.

From a young age, Yamil lived surrounded by the nature of the Isthmus, and this connection with the fauna, fields, and trees has been a constant source of inspiration. These elements filter into his work, not only as visual references but as living expressions of his Oaxacan cultural identity.
